Message	tell him to go with a good condition 91-94 Sentra SE-R you can get 3 of them for 3k and insurance companies will probly let him pay in pocket lint, buttons and paper clips. As for a Z either 31 or 32 he's gonna need more money and more experience, since you said he failed the first road test. The SE-R comes with a 140hp SR20 motor which can easily be upgraded if he "feels the need for speed". And if he decides to upgrade to a Z in the future he can always turn the SE-R into a track weekend racer with SE-Rious power.
